ALPHA-LIPOICO R + contains 150 mg of R (+) - lipoic acid per capsule.
Most food supplements of alpha lipoic acid are a 50/50 mixture of natural R (+) - lipoic acid and synthetic S (-) - lipoic acid
This mixture is called "racemic mixture" or "racemate".
