Grape seed extract is characterized by having 95% of the so-called Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin Complexes (OPCs).
While grape skin extract contains 20% OPCs in addition to resveratrol that complement the activity of the seed extract.
Bilberry is a berry that also contains high levels of anthocyanidins.
